1. Things happen, we understand. If you plan to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you to do it 48 hours before the cleaning schedule as we assess $50 fee for any cancellations made less than 24 hours from your appointment time.

2. If you are rescheduling your appointment to the next available date, we do not charge a fee , however if you reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment time, we will charge you $50 for late rescheduling fee.

3. For customers who book a cleaning service within 24-48 hours of scheduled appointment. We will only charge you a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50 if you cancel/reschedule within 2 hours of appointment time.
